The course is principally aimed at strengthening the capacity of senior policy-makers in the ILO and other relevant international actors in governmentsand social partners, andhumanitarian and development organisationsin designing and implementing measures to facilitate the access of refugees and other forcibly displaced persons to the labour market, and in promoting inclusive employment strategies and policies. With its unique tripartite structure combining the interest of governments, employers and workers’ organisations, the ILO is distinctively placed to promote this agenda.
