This blended training aims to support you, in your role of policy-maker from Moldova and Ukraine, by equipping you with strategies and tools to advocate effectively for closing the gender pay gap in your country. The programme features a selection of international examples, good practices and existing laws successfully implemented at supranational (i.e., the European Union), national or local levels. It aims to provide inspiration and practical guidance on how to advance this issue, drawing from the analysis of case studies, good practices and lessons learned.
