This self-guided e-learning modules on "Advancing Decent Work in the Culture and Creative Sector" equip participants with practical tools and insights to foster inclusive, stable, and fair working conditions. Drawing on ILO standards, global experiences, and case studies, the course guides learners in promoting effective sectoral policies, social dialogue, skills development, formalisation strategies, and expanded social protection, enabling meaningful change in a sector characterized by creativity, innovation, and diverse work arrangements.
The e-learning modules take about 5 hours to complete.
