Este curso forma parte de la cartera de temas de competencias del CIF-OIT, que se centra
en las necesidades urgentes de creación de capacidad en todo el mundo para apoyar la
aplicación de políticas y programas de desarrollo de competencias. Específicamente para
esta actividad de formación, los participantes se beneficiarán de una organización conjunta
CIF-OIT y Swisscontact Nicaragua.

¿ Q U É T E M A S C U B R E E S T E C U R S O ?
El curso cubrirá los siguientes contenidos:
• Análisis de los CFTP desde una perspectiva sistémica de la formación profesional.
• Gestión estratégica de los CFTP en un contexto de autonomía creciente.
• Liderazgo y gestión del personal de los CFTP.
• Provisión de servicios: finanzas sólidas y sostenibles.
• Importancia de las asociaciones público-privadas para impulsar la inserción laboral.
¿ Q U É A P R E N D E R É ?
Al final del curso, los participantes habrán fortalecido sus conocimientos técnicos y
su capacidad analítica para mejorar el funcionamiento de sus Centros de Formación
Técnico-Profesional (CFTP), centrándose en la sinergia y la cooperación con el sector
privado. Por lo tanto, los participantes obtendrán:
• Una comprensión más profunda y acciones concretas sobre cómo desarrollar un plan
estratégico y movilizar fondos para sus CFTP a través de nuevos programas, productos
y servicios.
• Nuevas perspectivas y conocimientos mediante el aprendizaje entre pares y las
buenas prácticas internacionales centradas en los planes de financiación sostenible,
incluyendo un cambio de enfoque para comprender mejor la perspectiva del sector
privado y la importancia de los programas de formación técnico-profesional impulsados
por la demanda, así como el rendimiento de las inversiones.
• Enfoques y soluciones prácticas sobre cómo identificar e involucrar a los interlocutores
sociales y otros actores clave del entorno de los CFTP.
• Bases en el establecimiento de asociaciones público-privadas que promuevan la
inserción de los jóvenes en el tejido económico local.

¿ Q U É P O D R É H A C E R ?
Los participantes trabajarán, desde el inicio hasta el fin del curso, en la formulación
de planes de desarrollo específicos para sus CFTP. Además, recibirán apoyo individual
al final de cada jornada en donde podrán profundizar el contenido del día a través de
sesiones libres de preguntas y respuestas. Así, finalizado el curso los participantes
podrán:
• Identificar claramente los procesos internos de un CFTP.
• Mejorar las prácticas de desarrollo del personal y desarrollar herramientas concretas para
gestionar las carreras del personal y el desarrollo de competencias basado en estándares.
• Analizar los desafíos y cuellos de botella a nivel de ecosistema de un CFTP,
especialmente en lo que se refiere a la coordinación con el sector privado.
• Identificar las tendencias internacionales en materia de EFTP y las buenas prácticas que
pueden ser pertinentes para la gestión de los CFTP.
• Identificar áreas de oportunidad de colaboración con el sector privado que generen
oportunidades de inserción laboral utilizando el potencial del desarrollo económico
territorial.

L'audit participatif de genre (APG) est un outil d’évaluation participatif utilisé par les organisations pour refléter et analyser leur propre capacité sur l’intégration des questions de genre, les défis et bonnes pratiques. Il est aussi un processus qui favorise l'apprentissage organisationnel sur l'égalité genre et l'intégration de la dimension de genre par le biais d’une méthodologie participative.

Objectif global
Pourquoi la certification est-elle nécessaire? Pourquoi devenir facilateur∙trice∙s certifié∙e∙s? Pour les facilitateur∙trice∙s certifié∙e∙s, la certification APG du BIT repose sur des normes de qualité élevées et une
méthodologie solide. La certification BIT constitue un gage de garantie pour les organisations désireuses d’employer des facilitateur∙trice∙s certifié∙e∙s pour la mise mettre en oeuvre de l’audit. La certification offre un ensemble de compétences spécifiques de savoir-faire, pour:
