La violencia y el acoso en el mundo del trabajo son una amenaza para la dignidad, la seguridad, la salud y el bienestar de todos, y afectan no solo a los trabajadores/as y a los empleadores/as, sino tambin a sus familias, comunidades, economas y a la sociedad en general. En junio de 2019, a travs de la adopcin del Convenio no 190 y la Recomendacin no 206 de la OIT, la comunidad mundial dej claro que este fenmeno no puede ser tolerado, y que el mundo debe estar preparado para acabar con el mismo. Cules son los elementos transformadores que hacen que estos nuevos instrumentos sean realmente innovadores? Cul es el lenguaje utilizado y por qu son importantes estos elementos para abordar este fenmeno con eficacia? Cules son las disposiciones, las herramientas y las estrategias incluidas en los instrumentos? Cules son las funciones y responsabilidades de las diferentes partes interesadas en el mundo del trabajo? Cules son las buenas prcticas existentes y por dnde empezar cuando se trata de sensibilizar a los dems, crear compromiso y abogar por un cambio positivo? Violence and harassment in the world of work are a threat to the dignity, security, health and well-being of everyone, affecting not only workers and employers, but also their families, communities, economies and society at large. en GENDER MAINSTREAMING AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

This online course will cover the basic concepts and key international gender equality frameworks, as well as the ILO decent work agenda. We will provide tools for analysing gender issues in various settings and assist you with gender planning in all facets of your work. We will review the various forms of resistance and suggest strategies to overcome them. The course draws mainly on existing, well-tested ITCILO training packages. Some modules have been developed anew building on the materials and experience used during in-house training activities. Outside expertise and documents will also be used.

Cet apprentissage en ligne s'appuie principalement sur les modules de formation dj tester par le Centre. Certains modules ont t revus, partir de nouveau matriel et des expriences prcdentes de formation. L'expertise et les documents externes seront galement utiliss.
